Commissioners, Customs (Adjudications)-reg.

Commissioners, Customs (Adjudications), Bombay, Delhi and Chennai, have jurisdiction over the whole of India for the purpose of adjudication. —
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints,

1. Commissioner of Customs (Adjudications), Bombay;

2. Commissioner of Customs (Adjudications), Delhi; and

3. Commissioner of Customs (Adjudications), Chennai,

as Commissioners of Customs each having jurisdiction over the whole of India, for the purpose of adjudicating the cases as may be assigned to him by Central Board of Excise and Customs.
