In terms Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issuedunder sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act,1962 (52 of 1962),the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.VIII/48/25/2012-DRI dated 01.01.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, Chennai in the case of M/s J.K. Enterprises, No.15/1, Ayya Maudali Street, Sowcarpet Chennai-600079 and others to the Commissioner of Customs, (Seaport-Import),for the purpose of adjudication.
