Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority
In terms Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 ( as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.DRI/AZU/INV-4/2010 dated 19.12.2012 issued by Additional Director General,Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit,Ahmedabad in the case of M/s Adani Enterprises Ltd.,Adani House,Nr.Mithakali Circle,Navrangpura,Ahmedabad-380009 and others to the Commissioner of Customs,Custom House,Ahmedabad for the purpose of adjudication.
