In terms of Notification No.15/2002-Customs(NT) dated 07.03-2002(as amended) issued under sub -section(1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962),the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No. 23/66/2012-DZU/4792 to 4795 dated 20.11.2012 issued by the Additional Director General,Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit,in the case of M/s.Havells India Limited, Plot No.2D Sector-126,Noida Expressway,Noida,UP,to the Commissioner of Customs, ICD Tughlakabad, New Delhi for the purpose of adjudication.
