Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority
In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs(NT) dated 07.03-2002(as amended) issued under sub-section(1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/MZU/C/Inv-09/2009-10/13066 to 13095 dated 12.09.2012 issued by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai in the case of import of truck tyres by various importers by using dummy IECs, to the Commissioner of Customs(Import), Nhava Sheva, Post: Uran, District : Raigad, Maharashtra- 400707 for the purpose of adjudication.
