In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-41/2008-Surya/ 6700 to 6706 dated 27.02.2012 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad in the case of M/s Surya Trading Co, 28/87, 1st Floor, West Patel Nagar,New Delhi-110008 and others, to the Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata for the purpose of adjudication.
