Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority
S.O.(E).In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Port),Kolkata, Custom House,15/1,Strand Road, Kolkata-700001 to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on,
(i) The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata, Custom House,15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001;
(ii) The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Airport), Kolkata, Custom House,15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s S.K. Sales Corporation, 30, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001 issued vide, DRI F.No.718(ii)11/Seiz/PRU/13-14/399-401 dated the 23rd May,2013 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence,Lucknow Zonal Unit,Lucknow.
