Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority
S.O.(E).In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Taluka-Uran, Distric-Raigad, Maharashtra-400707 to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on
(i) The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata,Custom House,15/1,Strand Road,Kolkata-700001
(ii) The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import),Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva,Taluka-Uran,Dist-Raigad,Maharashtra-400707
(iii) The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Import and General),New Custom House,Near IGI Airport,New Delhi-110037 and
(iv) The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Admn.and Airport), Kolkata,Custom House,15/1,Strand Road,Kolkata-700001,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Ashika Commercial Pvt.Limited,4C Orbit,1,Garstin Place, Kolkata-700001 issued vide,DRI F.No.718(ii)07/Seiz/PRU/2013-14/432 dated the 04th June,2013 by the Assistant Director,Directorate of Revenue Intelligence,Regional Unit, Patna.
