Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority
S.O.(E).In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Maharashtra to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on
(i) The Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House,Nhava Sheva, Maharashtra,
(ii) The Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import and General),New Custom House,Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, and
(iii) The Additional Commissioner of Customs,Inland Container Depot Tughlakabad.
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Hettich India Pvt.Ltd.,3rd floor, Durolite House, SAB TV, New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai-400053.issued vide, F.No.VIII/26/01/2010-DRI VIC dated the 26th July, 2013 by the Additional Director,Directorate of Revenue Intelligence,Hyderabad Regional Unit,Hyderabad.
