In terms of Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.VIII/48/06/2013-DRI dated 16.09.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit,Chennai in the case of Shri R.Mahaveer Pipada, No.29, Block A, A-101, Sankeswarar Niketan Zinda Sahib Street, Kondithope, Chennai-600079 to the Commissioner of Customs (Seaport-Import),Custom House, Chennai for the purpose of adjudication.
