Duplicate copy of freely transferable Authorisation may be issued against an application accompanied with following documents:

When an Authorisation has been lost by a Government agency and a proof to this effect is submitted, documents at serial nos. (a) to (c) above shall not be required. In such cases, revalidation shall be for six months from date of endorsement.
