Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority
In exercise of powers conferred under the notification No.01/2013 (N.T.) dated 3rd january, 2003 read with notification No. 37/2003- Customs (N.T.) dated 3rd june, 2003 issued under section (1) of section 4 of the custome Act, 1962 (50 to 1962), the board hereby assigns the show cause Notice F.No.DRI/MZU/B/Inv-01/2013-14 dated 21.11.2013 issued by Additional Director General ,Directorate of Revenue intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai in the case of Imports from ICD, Dhannad/ Kheda to the Comission of Customs (Adjudication), Mumbai for the purpose of adjudication.
