Substitute Quarterly return prescribed vide NTF. NO. 73/2003-CE (N.T.) DT. 15.9.2003 by an amended Quarterly Return Form
G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (8) of rule 9 of the CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 73/2003- Central Excise (NT), dated the 15 th September, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 746(E), dated the 15th September, 2003 except as respects things done or omitted to be done be fore such supersession, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby specifies the following return Form for the purposes of the said rule, namely:–
