Attention of the trade is invited to Para 4.23 of the Policy and Para 4.35 of the Handbook of Procedures, 1997 - 2002 ( RE- 2001) regarding Green Cards. Until now, this office was issuing maximum 5 cards to the exporters, who are eligible for Green Cards as per Para 4.35 of the Handbook to the proprietor / Directors / Partners. For the convenience of the exporters, it has been decided that in future Green Cards would also be issued to executives of the firm / company at a senior level such as Company Secretary, Managing Director, Vice President / General Manager etc.

For issue of Green Cards to a Senior Executive, the Firm / Company has to submit one certificate on their letter-head duly signed by the Partner / Director / Proprietor of the Firm / Company as under:-
