Kind attention of the trade is invited to Para 11.9 od the Habdbook of Procedures, Vol.1, 1997-2002 ( revised edition of March 1999) wherein it has been mentioned that the exporters of telecommunication equipment and electronic goods and services shall be eligible for the benefit of Special Import Licence and they have to submit the application in prescribed form to the licensing authorituy concerned or to the Development Commissioner of the EPZ concerned supported by the documents specified in Appendix 20C.

In addition to the documents prescribed in Appedix 20-C, exporters are requested to submit one more document,viz. A declaration to the effect that they haved not made any other application against the same exports for the same period to the concerned Development Commissioner of the EPZ duly signed by the roprietor / director / partner / authorised person w.e.f date of issue of this Trade Notice.

This issues with the approval of Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade.
