Defaulter status and status of applications on Reliance India mobile when mobile

 

All members of Trade are aware that vide trade notice no 8 dated 14th December 2003 this office had made the facility available to know the status of their applications through SMS service provided by Hutchison Max Telecom Private Ltd. (TM Orange). Now the facility has been further extended through SMS and RSURF-WAP browser service of Reliance India Mobile for making information available to the exporters with regard to the status of their application and status of default.

To avail this facility, user may follow the instructions given below: -
 

(I). Through SMS mode:
 


(a) To know the status of application through SMS:

Step 1:
Enter the message as

" DGFT < type first three characters of the name of the party> "

(e.g. for knowing the status of application of Reliance Industries with Key Number:1010187, the Message shall be DGFT REL 1010187 )

Step 2:

Send SMS on "1234"

After sending SMS to "1234" the user will instantly get the status of their application including other relevant details.

(b) To know the status of default through SMS:

Step 1:


Enter message as

"IEC "

(e.g. for knowing the defaulter status of Reliance Industries with IEC Number:0355544422, the Message shall be IEC 0355544422 REL)

Step 2:

Send SMS on "1234"

After sending SMS to "1234" the user will instantly get the defaulter status for the IEC number including other relevant details.

 

(II) Through RSURF-WAP mode:
 

(a) To know the status of application through RSURF-WAP browser:

RIM Users can also access the application status using in "SURF" of wap browser service on all the data enable handset of Reliance India Mobile.

Surf provides the graphical and easy to use interface. User need to key in the first three characters of the party name and Key No in the appropriate boxes.

Step 1:

Select RWorld on any of the data enable handset of Reliance.

Go to RWorld ---> More Services ----> Surf

(You will see the home page of surf mention few categories and wap sites).

Step 2:

Navigate to Finance ---> DGFT Mumbai ---> Application Status

(You will see the Welcome Page of DGFT Mumbai)

Step 3:

(i) Enter first three alphabet of the party name in heading mentioning " PARTY NAME".

(ii) Enter Key No below the heading " KEY NO"

Step 4:

Select " Get Status"

Upon this the system will display the status of application.

(b) To know the status of default through RSURF-WAP browser:

RIM Users can also access the IEC status using in "SURF" of wap browser service on all the data enable handset of Reliance India Mobile.

Surf provides the graphical and easy to use interface. User need to key in the 10 digits IEC No and first three character of the party name in the appropriate boxes.

Step 1:

Select RWorld on any of the data enable handset of Reliance.

Go to RWorld ---> More Services ----> Surf

(You will see the home page of surf mention few categories and wap sites).

Step 2:

Navigate to Finance ---> DGFT Mumbai ---> Default Status

(You will see the Welcome Page of DGFT Mumbai)

Step 3:

Enter first three alphabet of the party name in heading mentioning " PARTY NAME". Enter IEC No below the heading " IEC NO"

Step 4:

Select " Get Status"

Upon this the system will display the status of application.
