TRADE NOTICE NO. 04/AM05, DATE 12/08/2004

Procedure for filing supplementary DEPBs as per DGFT Public Notice No.67 dated 21/6/2004

 

Attention is invited to the Trade Notice No.3/AM-05 dated 5.8.04 on the above subject.

The Seafood Exporters Association of India has inter-alia represented for allowing the exporters concerned to allow them to file at least 10% of total applications which he has to apply for clearing his supplementary DEPBs.

Keeping in view the existing work-load and from the point of view of facilitation and reduction of transaction costs to the exporters, it has been decided that an exporter will be allowed to file 10 (ten) applications per day instead of three as mentioned in Trade Notice No.3/AM-05 dated 5.8.04 for Supplementary DEPBs.

All other contents of Trade Notice No.3/AM-05 dated 5.8.04 will remain unchanged.
