Methylene Chloride-Anti-dumping Investigations-Final Findings-Corrigendum
The Designated Authority, having regard to the Customs Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and the Customs Tariff(Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury)Rules, 1995, hereby makes the following clarification in the Final Findings notified vide notification No. 17/1/2001-DGAD, dated 14th August, 2003.

The table in Para 10 of the Final Findings shall read as follows:

10. The Authority recommends imposition of definitive Anti-dumping duty on all imports of Methylene Chlorideoriginating in or exported from European Union, South Africa and Singapore classified under customs subheading2903.12 of Chapter 29 of the Customs Tariff Act and 29031200 of the ITC (HS) Code of the CustomsTariff Act. The anti-dumping duty shall be the amount mentioned in Col. 9.
