Anti-Dumping Investigations concerning Sunset Review of Anti-Dumping Duty on Imports of Metallurgical Coke from China PR-Final Finding.
The Designated Authority, having regard to the Customs Act, 1975 as amended in 1995 and theCustoms Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles andfor Determination of Inquiry) Rules" 1945, hereby makes the following clarification in the Final Findingsnotified vide Notification No. 14/13/2002-DGAD dated 5th November, 2003.Instead of "M/s Shanghai Baosteel International Economy and Trading Co. Ltd." it may be read as"M/s Shanghai Baosteel International Economic and Trading Co. Ltd."
