CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION NO.7/1999 DT. 22ND JANUARY, 1999

GSR (E) : In exercise of pwers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with rule 13 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessmen, and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 95/98-Customs, dated the 24th November, 1998, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (I) videGSR 700(E) dated the 24th November, 1998.
