CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION No. 80/1998 Dated 22-10-98
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) section 9A of Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with rule 13 of the Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 19/98-Customs, dated the 4th May, 1998, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part 11, Section 3 sub-section (1) vide GSR 236(E) dated the 4th May, 1998.
